Returns & Refunds Policy
All products in our store are made to order, which means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at stockedwithloveforever@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll work with our production partner to arrange a free reprint or refund depending on the situation.
Lost packages — If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within the following windows after the estimated delivery date:
- Domestic (US) orders: within 30 days
- International orders: within 45 days
We recommend first checking with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup.
We are unable to offer reprints or refunds for:
- Orders with an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Minor size variations within 1 inch of the size guide
- Low-resolution design issues inherent to the product
- Minor print placement variations within 0.5 inches (DTG products)
